HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN THE ‘SWIM FOR SIGHT’ THIS YEAR?

The Swim for Sight is similar to a walkathon, where swimmers raise contributions, participate in the Polar Bear Swim and receive a T-Shirt and other rewards based on various contribution levels. We challenge participants to raise $100 or more, but the minimum swimmer contribution this year is $20. Most swimmers collect contributions from friends, family, and acquaintances. Many get their workplace involved and co-workers help them raise funds in and outside the workplace. Register on-site, provide your contribution and receive your T-Shirt and other eligible rewards on the day of the swim at the Lions Pavilion in Olcott’s Krull Park - then follow the crowd to the swim beach. Arrive early! Bring sneakers, towel and blanket, dry clothes, camera, your friends and a helper. For
